I’m Elle Celaya, a credentialed teacher with over 15 years of experience in public classrooms and as a homeschooling mother of three. I guide students through a thoughtfully crafted learning journey, blending rigorous standards-based instruction with the joy, curiosity, and wonder of discovery. My individualized tutoring and small-group learning pods in math, reading, history, and science are designed not only to build skills and confidence but to ignite a lifelong love of learning. Every lesson encourages critical thinking, creativity, and the delight of understanding the world.

One-on-One Tutoring & Learning Pod
In both one-on-one tutoring and small-group learning pods, I cultivate a rich, nurturing environment where students truly flourish. Grounded in a philosophy that values the whole child, each lesson in math, reading, history, and science is tailored to a student’s unique needs, fostering not just understanding but curiosity, wonder, and independent thinking. Students engage in hands-on activities, thoughtful discussions, and collaborative projects that develop critical thinking, creativity, and confidence. My goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning, helping children see knowledge as both meaningful and joyful, and encouraging them to approach the world with curiosity and purpose.

Learning Pod
This Learning pod offers a supportive instruction for students in grades 1–3, focusing on math, reading, history, and social studies aligned with California State Standards.
Lessons are interactive and designed to spark curiosity while fostering cooperative learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Through hands-on activities, discussions, and collaborative projects, students strengthen academic skills while building creativity, confidence, and teamwork.

30-min. Tutoring Service
This half hour tutoring session provides personalized instruction in reading or math for students in grades 1–3. Each 30-minute session is tailored to the student’s specific needs and skill level, with use of formative assessments to identify and address learning gaps.
Lessons are designed to ignite a love of learning, build strong foundational skills, and encourage curiosity, confidence, and independent thinking in a supportive, encouraging environment.

In-Person and Virtual Sessions Available
1-hr. Tutoring Service
This individualized hour tutoring session provides an in-depth, personalized learning experience for students in grades 1–3.
Each 60-min. session goes beyond basic skill review, offering focused instruction in reading and math tailored to each student’s needs and skill level. Lessons integrate hands-on activities, problem-solving exercises, guided practice, and discussion to strengthen foundational skills while nurturing curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Students are assessed regularly to identify and address learning gaps, and instruction is designed to ignite a love of learning, build confidence, and foster independence in a supportive, engaging environment.
